Sebastian Buczek – Director of the Investment Department

Habilitated doctor in Economics, associate professor at the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw, licensed investment advisor and securities broker. He has fifteen years’ experience in the capital market. He is an investment and sales specialist. In 1996 he worked as investment advisor at the Capital Operation Center of Bank Handlowy S.A. in Warsaw. From mid-1996 he performed the following functions: investment advisor, portfolio and fund manager, manager of the Analysis Department at ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. From June 2002 he was Vice-president of the Management Board and from April 2006 –  President of the Board at ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A.
Since August 2007 he is managing the Investment Department of Quercus TFI S.A. and is in charge of the Company's strategy.

Krzysztof Grudzień – Debt Markets Director

Master of Science in Economics (the field of studies: Management and Marketing; the major: Finance and Accounting), graduate of the Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw. From 1997 to 2007 he worked for ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. as portfolio administrator, senior portfolio administrator as well as fund and portfolio manager. He is the winner of the Golden Portfolio 2007 competition held by ‘Parkiet,’ Warsaw Stock Exchange Newspaper, in the category of the best managed foreign equity fund in 2007.
Since January 2008 he is an employee and shareholder of Quercus TFI S.A.

Wojciech Zych – Equity Markets Director

Master of Science in Economics, graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Studies completed with the highest grade). He specializes among others in corporate finance, enterprise valuation as well as statistical and econometric methods.  A part of his studies took place at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) within the framework of the European Commission’s scholarship program. Currently he is doctoral student at the prestigious College of Economic Analysis at the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw. From 2006 to 2008 he worked as analyst at the Investment Department of ING Investment Management (Polska) SA. He holds Investment Advisor Licence no. 264 and is CFA Charterholder  
Since April 2008 he is an employee and shareholder of Quercus TFI S.A.

Marek Buczak – Foreign Markets Director

Master of Science in Economics, graduate of the University of Gdansk. From 2005 to 2008 worked for DWS Polska TFI S.A., initially as specialist in Investment Department, then analyst responsible for small and mid cap companies. From April 2007 was managing non-Polish part of the fund DWS Polska SFIO Top50 Małych i Średnich Spółek Plus. From January 2008 was managing subfunds DWS BRIC, DWS Zmian Klimatycznych and DWS Nieruchomosci i Budownictwa.
Since June 2008 he is an employee and shareholder of Quercus TFI S.A.

Bartlomiej Cendecki - Fund Manager

Master of Science in Economics, graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. Licensed investment advisor and securities broker. In 2007 and 2008 employed in DB Securities S.A. in Institutional Clients Department. In 2009 worked in Skarbiec TFI S.A.
Since April 2010 he is an analyst in Quercus TFI S.A.
