Fund description

A money market product (but does not meet the criteria of the "money-market fund" as defined by the European Parliament Regulation). The purpose of this subfund is the increase of the value of its assets as a result of the increase in the value of investments. The rate of return of this subfund should generally be higher than interest on bank deposits for 3, 6 and 12 month periods. This subfund, the Company, or any other third party, however, does not guarantee the achievement of the above mentioned goal.

The subfund features a low level investment risk.

The subfund pursues its investment policy by investing assets mainly in debt securities, including issued by:
• State Treasury or Polish central bank,
• as well as enterprises, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange,
• and other EU or OECD countries or their central banks.

The maximum value weighted average maturity (and in the case of the floating-rate instruments – to the nearest coupon payment) cannot be longer than 1 year.

This Subfund is the product with potentially the lowest risk profile on offer at Quercus TFI S.A., and is dedicated to both individual and institutional investors with the lowest risk tolerance, expecting high liquidity and low volatility of the valuation of participation units. The subfund may be used during correction periods on the stock market or as a safe component of a diversified investment portfolio. This subfund is an alternative to a bank deposit.

This subfund has no benchmark.
