Buczek
Chairman of the Management Board
Mr Buczek graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, he holds a PhD in economics. Between 1997-2018 he was employed by the SGH and has been a Professor since 2009.
He is a licensed investment advisor and a securities broker.
From 1996 to 2007 he worked in ING Group and in 1999 he became a member of the Management Board at ING TFI S.A., in 2002 Vice-chairman of the Management Board at ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. and ING TFI S.A. and starting in 2006 he was the CEO of ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. and ING TFI S.A.
Between 1998 – 2002 he was on the Association of Brokers and Advisors Management Board .
Since 2011 Mr Buczek has been a member of the Supervisory Board at Navigator Capital S.A.
He has been the founder, the key shareholder, Chairman of the Management Board, CEO and CIO of Quercus TFI S.A. since August 2007. In the last years he received 2 the most prestigious rewards of the mutual funds sector in Poland: Alfa2021 and Alfa2023 for the best Polish equity fund – QUERCUS Aggressive and 2 distinctions for 2020 and 2022.
Mr Buczek is an Honorary Citizen of Jedlina-Zdroj, his hometown.

He has a university degree in economics, he is a graduate of the following faculties: Data Processing and Accounting and Production Economics at the University of Gdansk.
He holds a securities broker license and an investment advisor license.
In the years 1995-1999 he worked for: Sopot Brokerage House S.A., Bank Komunalny S.A., Bank Gdanski S.A., Dom Maklerski BIG BG sp. z o.o., BWE Asset Management S.A.
In 2000, he became the President of the Management Board and Investment Director at Korona TFI S.A. After the merger with Union Investment TFI S.A., from December 2000 to March 2022, he was the Vice President of the Management Board and Investment Director at Union Investment TFI S.A. and after the acquisition by the Generali Group – Generali Investments TFI S.A. From April 2022 to July 2023, he was the President of the Management Board and Investment Director at Generali Investments TFI S.A.
Between 2000 and 2023, the members of the investment team led by him were multiple winners of industry awards: Alpha, Bulls and Bears, Golden Wallet. Individually, winner of 2 Golden Wallet awards.

Deputy CIO
Graduated from the Poznan University of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking. He began his career in the financial market in 2007 at BZ WBK Asset Management S.A. (currently Santander TFI S.A.),
gaining experience as a Dealer and Macroeconomic Analyst, before being promoted to Fund Manager position.
From 2014 he was employed at Ipopema TFI S.A. as Portfolio Manager and Head of Interest Rates and Credits. He was responsible for treasury bonds, corporate debt and money market funds. In the last years he received 2 the most prestigious rewards of the mutual funds sector in Poland: Alfa2021 and Alfa2023 for the best Polish debt fund – QUERCUS Short Duration and 1 distinction for 2022.
Since January 2019 he was Fixed Income Director of Quercus TFI S.A. and since July 2021 he has been Deputy CIO.

Grudzień
Fixed Income Director
Master of Science in Economics (the field of studies: Management and Marketing; the major: Finance and Accounting), graduate of the Leon Koźmiński Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw.
From 1997 to 2007 he worked for ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. as portfolio administrator, senior portfolio administrator as well as fund and portfolio manager. In the last years he received 2 the most prestigious rewards of the mutual funds sector in Poland: Alfa2022 and Alfa2023 for the best Polish corporate debt fund – QUERCUS Capital Protection and 1 distinction for 2021.
Since January 2008 he has been an employee and shareholder of Quercus TFI S.A.

Miliński
Head of Global Markets
Graduated with honors from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He is a licensed financial advisor and securities broker.
He began his career in the financial market in 2014, gaining experience in Equity and Fixed Income Departments, before being promoted to Junior Portfolio Manager at Opera TFI S.A.
In 2017-2018 he was employed at Ipopema TFI S.A. as a Portfolio Manager, achieving excellent results with the Multi-Asset FIZ strategy.
Since December 2018 he has been a Fund Manager of Quercus TFI S.A., since July 2023 as Head of Global Markets.

Łuszczyński

Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He is a CFA Charterholder, licensed financial advisor and securities broker.
He began his career in the financial market in 2013 at Brokerage House of Bank BGZ S.A. In 2014-2015 he was employed at Vestor Brokerage House S.A. as a Junior Equity Analyst. In 2015-2016 he was employed at Raiffeisen Bank Poland S.A. as an Investment Analyst.
Since 2016 he has been an employee of Quercus TFI S.A. as an Equity Analyst in Acer Aggressive FIZ and Alphaset FIZ.
Since January 2022 he has been a Fund Manager of Quercus TFI S.A.

Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He is a CFA Charterholder.
His professional journey in the financial market began in 2017 at the asset management unit of PZU Group. He initially served as an analyst, contributing to the global allocation of the insurer’s balance sheet. In 2020, he earned a promotion to the position of Junior Portfolio Manager, where he commenced co-managing global macro funds and top-down equity strategies.
Since December 2022 he has been a Fund Manager of Quercus TFI S.A.

Graduated from the University of Economics in Krakow, with a degree in Finance and Accounting, specializing in Investment Advisory.
He is a licensed investment advisor and a securities broker. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds the CFA ESG Investing certificate.
In 2013-2014 he worked for Erste Securities S.A. and in 2014-2015 for DM BPS S.A. as Equity Analyst. In 2015-2024 he was Portfolio Manager and Director of the Asset Management Department at Generali Investments TFI S.A. (formerly Union Investment TFI S.A.). Lately employed as Investment Director at Esaliens TFI S.A.
In 2023 Generali Gold Fund managed by him received the Golden Wallet award as the best commodity fund by Gazeta Gieldy i Inwestorow Parkiet.
Since October 2024 he has been Fund Manager at Quercus TFI S.A.
