Buczek
Chairman of the Management Board
Sebastian Buczek graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, he has PhD and post-doctoral degree in economics.
Between 1997-2018 he was employed in the Warsaw School of Economics, in years of 2009-2018 as Professor of Economics.
He is licensed investment advisor and securities broker.
From 1996 to 2007 he worked for ING Group in Poland. In 1999 he became Member of the Management Board of ING TFI S.A., in 2002 Deputy CEO of ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. and ING TFI S.A., in 2006 CEO of ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. and ING TFI S.A. He has been the founder, the key shareholder, Chairman of the Management Board of Quercus TFI S.A. since August 2007.
In 2020 and 2021 QUERCUS Aggressive Fund, managed by S. Buczek, was the best Polish equity fund with net returns of +30.8% and +41.1% (vs WIG benchmark of -1,4% and +24,4%) and awarded by Analizy.pl and Gazeta Gieldy Parkiet. In the last years he received 3 the most prestigious rewards of the mutual funds sector in Poland: Alfa2021, Alfa2023 and Alfa2024 for the best Polish equity fund – QUERCUS Aggressive and 2 distinctions for 2020 and 2022.
Since 2011 S. Buczek has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Navigator Capital S.A. and since November 2, 2021 Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DI Xelion sp. z o.o.
S. Buczek is Honorary Citizen of Jedlina-Zdroj, his hometown and Ambassador of Walbrzych.
Artur
Paderewski
First Vice-chairman of the Management Board
Mr Paderewski graduated from Warsaw University in Law and Political Science. He has had more than twenty years of professional experience mainly in the capital market.
He is an expert in law, risk management and internal control. From 1998 to 2001 he worked in the Ministry of State Treasury firstly as an inspector, than becoming a specialist and finally rising to senior specialist. In 2001 he joined ING Group, and than in 2006 became a Member of the Management Board at ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. and ING TFI S.A. From December 2002 to 2006 he was the proxy of ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. and ING TFI S.A.
Since August 2007 he has been the first Vice-chairman of the Management Board of Quercus TFI S.A. Mr Paderewski is in charge of the Legal Department and is responsible for internal control.
Since 2 November, 2021 Mr Paderewski has been Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at DI Xelion Sp. z o.o.
He is a Quercus TFI S.A. shareholder.
Piotr
Płuska
Vice-chairman of the Management Board
Mr Płuska graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in Economics. He has had more than twenty years of professional banking and capital market experience.
He is an expert in operations and finance. From 1993 he was employed by ING Group, first in ING Bank Slaski S.A., in 1998 he joined ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. taking the position of Deputy Director of Operations.
Since August 2007 he has been one of the Vice-chairmen of the Management Board at Quercus TFI S.A. Mr Płuska is in charge of the Operations Department and is responsible for the company's finances.
He is a Quercus TFI S.A shareholder.
Paweł
Pasternok
Vice-chairman of the Management Board
Mr Pasternok holds a Master of Law degree, graduated from the University of Warsaw. He has also graduated the School of American Law organized by the University of Florida Levin College of Law and the University of Warsaw.
He is a legal adviser and a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. He holds an Executive MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics.
In 2006 he worked at the Salans D. Oleszczuk kancelaria prawnicza Sp. k. (currently Dentons Europe Oleszczuk Sp. k.). In 2007 he worked at Noerr Stiefenhofer Lutz Sp. z o.o. (currently Noerr Biedecki sp. k). Between 2007 - 2009 he worked at the Office of the Financial Supervision Authority firstly as a clerk, than becoming a senior clerk and finally rising to specialist. Since 2009 he has worked at Quercus TFI S.A. successively as Junior Supervision Inspector, Supervision Inspector, Deputy Legal Director and Legal Director. From 2017 to 2018, he was a proxy of Quercus TFI S.A. Since April 2018 he has been a member of the Management Board and since June 2021 he has been Vice President of the Management Board of Quercus TFI S.A.
Since 2018 he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of iWealth Management Sp. z o.o., Since 2019 he has been a member of the Board of the Chamber of Fund and Asset Managers, including serving as Vice Chairman until December 2020. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of GetBack S.A. since December 2019.
The activity of Mr. Paweł Pasternok is not competitive to the activity of Quercus TFI S.A.
He is a shareholder of Quercus TFI S.A.

Klimczak
Vice-chairman of the Management Board
Mr Klimczak graduated from University of Agriculture in Cracow and University of Economics in Wroclaw.
In years 2006-2007 he worked for Xelion Doradcy Finansowi sp. z o.o. and in 2008-2010 for Bank Millennium in private banking.
Since 2010 he has been working in Quercus TFI S.A., currently as Director of Sales Department.
Since April 2022 has been Member of the Management Board of Quercus TFI S.A.
Since November 2021 he has been Member of the Supervisory Board of DI Xelion sp. z o.o.
He is Quercus TFI S.A. shareholder.
Zbigniew
Jakubowski
Vice-chairman of the Management Board
He has a university degree in economics, he is a graduate of the following faculties: Data Processing and Accounting and Production Economics at the University of Gdansk.
He holds a securities broker and an investment advisor licenses.
In the years 1995-1999 he worked for: Sopot Brokerage House S.A., Bank Komunalny S.A., Bank Gdanski S.A., Dom Maklerski BIG BG sp. z o.o., BWE Asset Management S.A.
In 2000, he became the President of the Management Board and Investment Director at Korona TFI S.A. After the merger with Union Investment TFI S.A., from December 2000 to March 2022, he was the Vice President of the Management Board and Investment Director at Union Investment TFI S.A. and after the acquisition by the Generali Group – Generali Investments TFI S.A. From April 2022 to July 2023, he was the President of the Management Board and Investment Director at Generali Investments TFI S.A.
Since January 2024 he has been the Vice-chairman of the Management Board and CIO of Quercus TFI S.A.
Between 2000 and 2023, the members of the investment team led by him were multiple winners of industry awards: Alpha, Bulls and Bears, Golden Wallet. Individually, winner of 2 Golden Wallet awards.
He is Quercus TFI S.A. shareholder.
Paweł
Karczewski
Vice-chairman of the Management Board
He holds a master’s degree in economics. He graduated with distinction from the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Finance and Banking, and earned a master’s degree from the French business school HEC Group.
He is a licensed securities broker in Poland (license no. 1475) and holds authorization as a broker on the Budapest Stock Exchange.
He began his professional career in 1995 at the Capital Market Centre of Bank Handlowy S.A. as a stockbroker. He later held the same role at Erste Securities S.A. and subsequently spent three years in asset management at RSA Group’s insurance company and PTE PZU S.A.
From 2002 to 2016, he worked at the Deutsche Bank Group, initially as a supervising broker, and later—over eight years—as a Management Board Member of DB Securities S.A., where he managed brokerage operations across Central and Eastern Europe.
Between 2016 and 2022, he worked as Institutional Sales Director at Quercus TFI S.A.
In January 2023, he joined the Management Board of Superfund TFI S.A., serving as CEO from April 2023 to end of March 2025.
In May 2025, he rejoined Quercus TFI S.A. as Vice-chairman of the Management Board.

Strzelczyk
Member of the Board
She has higher education in economics (major : Accounting and Controlling), and is a graduate of the University of Management in Warsaw.
he is authorized to provide accounting services and has completed the "IFRS - Workshops" training program organized by the EY Academy of Business.
In the years 1999-2003, she worked at Rachunkowość Weryfikacja sp. z o. o., one by one at the position Accountant and an Accounting and HR and Payroll Specialist.
From 2003 to 2011, she worked at Aviva Investors TFI S.A. (currently TFI Allianz Polska S.A.), one by one at the position of Independent Accountant and then Chief Accountant.
From 2003 to 2014, she served as Vice-President of the Management Board of the Association for children, youth and adults with disabilities "Ożarowska".
Since May 2011, she has been employed at Quercus TFI S.A. as the Company's Chief Accountant. Since April 2024, she has been a Member of the Management Board of Quercus TFI S.A.

Prysak
Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr Dawid Prysak graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the Cracow University of Economics. He graduated with a degree in Managerial Economics.
He also holds a degree in MBA Finance. He has been employed at STS S.A. for over four years, since January 2019 at the position of Finance Director. Between 2010 and 2016 he worked at the finance departments of global companies Nordic Gaming Group and Betsson Group. Since June 2020, he has been at the Supervisory Board of Atal S.A., also serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
There is no conflict of interest between the activities performed by Dawid Prysak outside Quercus TFI S.A. and operations of Quercus TFI S.A.
Mr Dawid Prysak fulfills the conditions to be a member of the supervisory board.

Olczyk
Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr Olczyk graduated from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in Electronics and Telecommunications and post-graduate studies also at Wroclaw University in management (lead in association with Central Connecticut State University).
Between 1991-1993 he was a specialist for a cable television network in Goset – Service Sp. z o.o. From 1993 to 1996 he worked in Arcodan Sp. z o.o. as a consulting engineer. From 1993 until 2011 Mr Olczyk ran his own company. Since 2000 he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Lokum Deweloper S.A. He is a founder of Lokum Deweloper S.A.
He is a Quercus TFI S.A shareholder.
There is no conflict of interest between the activities performed by Dariusz Olczyk outside Quercus TFI S.A. and operations of Quercus TFI S.A.
Mr Olczyk fulfills the conditions to be a member of the supervisory board as well as meets the conditions to continue working independently.

Posiada wykształcenie wyższe prawnicze, jest absolwentem Wydziału Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie, jest radcą prawnym.
Posiada wieloletnie doświadczenie w pracy w radach nadzorczych, m.in. od 2020 r. jest Członkiem Rady Nadzorczej w Grupie Kęty S.A., gdzie pełni funkcje Członka Komitetu Audytu i Członka Komitetu Wynagrodzeń.
Działalność Pana Wojciecha Golaka nie jest konkurencyjna do działalności Quercus TFI S.A.
Pan Wojciech Golak spełnia warunki niezbędne do pełnienia funkcji członka Rady Nadzorczej.
